Mar 12th, 2016AJ 85/100 - Continua la ricerca dei vini base, finché ne trovo :) Da agricoltura biondinamica, nella tenuta marchigiana del Barone piu famoso per la Franciacorta, questo verdicchio in purezza fa solo inox e non delude. Colore giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati, naso balsamico con frutta bianca, pesca, un po di frutta tropicale, lieve floreale, bocca incredibilmente buona, grande acidità e buona grassezza, purtroppo un po corto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ed ottimo vino d'ingresso!

Lemon pulp, tarragon, honeydew melon, sea shells. Excellent acidity, medium juicy body, crisp herbal finish. Great pairing with creamy sauces.
