Very young and super dynamic. Struck match, very bright and dynamic. Great acidity and fruit. Will likely be incredible in a while, but pretty exciting right now.

Notoriously a terrific vintage for PYCM, 2011 Perrieres, its top Meursault bottling is absolutely stunning tonight, in a killer spot and firing on all cylinders wafting from the glass with layers of yellow orchard fruit, white flowers, pastry cream and marzipan. The palate has superb definition, incredible minerality and racy citrusy acids each providing freshness, energy and balance to its intense richness, which lead to its long mineral inflicted finale. There will never be enough PYCM Perrieres for the world. White burg at its finest.

Wow. A punchy nose of citrus, marzipan, lifted lime. Resolved on the midpalate with great acidity. Delicious.

Beautiful viscosity & heathered honey. Slightly sour lemons, lime zest, golden apple, green apple, apricots, pineapple juice, strong but, pleasant minerality (you know it’s Meursault), big sea fossils, excellent, pronounced powdery chalkiness, saline, a touch more woodiness than per usual for most white burgundy, some white spice, hints of fresh herbaceousness, yellow lilies and spring flowers. The acidity is racy. The finish is round, rich, lush, sexy, voluptuous, elegance defined, well knitted & balanced, persisting nicely onto spice & minerals.

It is very good now but if you own it, keep in the cellar another 3-5 years.

This is zesty and punchy on the nose as you’d expect. Lifted lime, fennel a hint of grapefruit. Young and kicking. Great sizzling acidity. Powerful stuff.

Really nice integrated texture, well balanced and just a touch of oak.

A ballerina. Light and elegant. In 10 this will be magical.
