Yet another white Burgh I would put into the category of supremely elegant but not overly distinctive - ie doesn’t measure up to the P-V I’ve had in a similar price band ($200 at AS)…arguably overwhelmed by even the stronger cheese served alongside

Beginning unfurl it’s stony fragrance with notes of white flower and stone fruits emerging. Always great acidity/balance. Really nice weight and texture coming on.
