Crisp and bright at the front with struck matches and flint. Pretty light citrus and limestone. A slight bitterness on the end. Very good.

Both shows richness of the vintage and a wider feeling of Chassagne, though with great freshness and tension. In the zone

PYCM in a warm year with one of the southernmost sites of Chassagne, new to my palate. The handling of wood and reduction is wonderful, a yellow citrus fruited youthfulness is slowly transitioning into the beginning of warm minerality and ginger curd maturation. Do not hurry with this bottling, though it is pure joy currently.

Needs list of air--- rich and precise. Addictive wine.

Needed about 30 minutes to open. Another great effort from one of my faves.

With room to grow here, this is a youngster that shows such great promise. Dense but light on its feet, PYCM is a wizard with his fruit . A cool streak of mint with was very noticeable in this after a few hours open with lime, minerality and and with orchard fruits (decanted 2 hours, the re-bottled). Fresh, pure and crazy complex the layers are tightly stitched together with air barely breaking it up more. Wait a few years or decant several hours. #pycm
