The one Burgundy in my lineup of 6 Chardonnays. Grapefruit/Citrus, some flint - not as smoky and sulphidic as the Giaconda. I thought some tasters might have thought the Giaconda was the white Burgundy (all tasted blind). 35 year old vines. Quite fine.

Un très beau St-Aubin avec cette signature des vins de PYCM, très minérale entre autres, tout en ayant une richesse et rondeur typique du millésime mais sans lourdeur, des saveurs franches et intenses avec une très belle longueur, vraiment très bien. 91-92
Superb St-Aubin with this PYCM signature, mineral driven with a certain richness and roundness typical of that vintage, but without being too heavy, nice length, gorgeous and showing no rush to drink up this 2015.

Oak, lush fruit, acid - in other words, a classic white burgundy. Love this producer.

PYCM is the sex. Surprisingly giving for such a young wine. Lemon curd, flint, ACID! Very low sulphuric quality. Acid was like a snowball rolling downhill after an hour open. I like them young but DAMN!
