Delicious. Stone fruit, richness, herbs and minerality. Always a pleasure to drink.

Stone fruit, herbs on the palate. Typical bright, sexy, extracted PYCM style wine balanced by the minerality and freshness. Had with raw oysters and Zuni roast chicken and perfect with both.

I simply can’t get over the PYCM texture present in all their wines. Although I’d be happy drinking their Bourgogne blanc.

Impressive considering its modest tag. Never had a disappointing bottles from this producer. Meursault-like. Served blind, I chose the aforementioned appellation.

Needs just a little more time, but the freshness and St. Aubin terroir really shine through to me. Mineral, sake, lacy on the back end.
