Tasty and expressive. Bright enough to handle oysters but rich enough to enjoy alone after they’ve all been eaten. Wild strawberry on the nose and a creamy palate with a dry lingering finish. Got this for my wife for Valentine’s day but will pick this up again.

The Bouzy rouge for this excellent rose Champagne comes from a little clos in the square of the winery. It is very dry and serious, yet flexible enough to go with oysters on the first day and bistro sausage the next!
