Each variety ferments separately in stainless steel tanks. 10-year-old bottled with their lees. White stone fruit, citrus, yellow flowers, quince, brioche, fresh, tense, notes of iode, creamy, elegant, long and persistent.

Super fresh, clean and so delicious. Granny smith apple, biscuity notes, and a beautiful long finish. Amazing bubbles that really shows the difference in level for Grand Cru Vintage Champagne. Worth every penny and then some. Can't wait to have again.

Среднетелое, вкус утомительно нежный и округлый, замкнутый и очень короткий. Со временем совсем немного усложняется, но в целом остаётся удивительно простым. 16,5/20
