Pro-tip, age your white burg a little bit. Tastes like baby Puligny. Still flinty and mineral and just starting to develop with rounder notes in the background.

Lemons, green apple, lime candy/zest, grapefruit w/pith, touch of guava, kiwi, white peach, honeysuckle, vanillin, touch of caramel, saline, sea fossils, grey volcanics, soft chalkiness, spring flowers, excellent acidity & rich polished finish.

13.5%, aged for 16-20 months, 100% biodynamic in 1998. Smells like a ripe vintage Sancerre, but with a broad and slightly toasty palate indicative of entry level Burgundy...

Smoking aged Bourgogne!!

Very good Chardonnay. Complex and finesse.

No richness. Doesn't make sense that it still is acidic and crisp. Time warp.

Creamy flavors of tropical and stone fruits. Complex but definitely showing its age. A bit of oxidation, Sherry aromas but not offensive, probably since I served it close to room temp.
