Lemons, green apple, lime candy/zest, grapefruit w/pith, touch of guava, kiwi, white peach, honeysuckle, vanillin, touch of caramel, saline, sea fossils, grey volcanics, soft chalkiness, spring flowers, excellent acidity & rich polished finish.

Mar 7th, 2016Creamy flavors of tropical and stone fruits. Complex but definitely showing its age. A bit of oxidation, Sherry aromas but not offensive, probably since I served it close to room temp.
