Delicious, but still a baby for sure. Gets better and better with air. Gonna try and wait a year or two before popping again.

One of those wines you smell and you know it’s a masterpiece. Palate is even better. Just immaculate. The mineral drive on the palate is just incredible. Sweet wood and sweet fruit. Like the best apple ever. Spicey pear. Amazing finesse. Long finish, harmonious, dense, but also soft but engaging and energetic at the same time. The discreet, sweet wood is just unreal. What a finish. What a mid palate. The explosiveness and sweetness. The mineral tingle is unreal on the finish. This is a miracle. What’s amazing about the finish is sweet wood is an accent but the tingly minerality is the person.
