Mature complex and still fresh . The classic style of Pierre Bouree worked well in this vintage .

Very good. Had with veal but would go better with game (i.e. Duck).

Gorgeous, lifted nose that could be nothing other than good Burgundy. Weightless palate. Fully mature (was surprised). Couldn't be in a better place
