Very northern Rhone like and supper savory and complex with low alcohol .

Piedrasassi's only vineyard designate. So concentrated for a wine with only 13.2 ABV. Gorgeous. Beautiful lift and richness.

Amazing Syrah...Rim Rock

This wine is all about black olive...never had a wine that has such clarity of flavour in one particular direction. That being said it definately not one dimensional and there is so much to enjoy. We had this with lamb but it could go excellently with anything with tomatoes or even heavier fish like cod or monkfish.

Super delicious with great balance.
