Generous. Savory and worth a try. A more stoic BdM example.

Bigger Brunello and tried over three days. Pretty and lots of dark candied fruit, herbs and spice. Needs to sleep.

2007 vintage. Plush pronounced nose. Cherry, tea leaf, vanilla, smoke, cinnamon and clove, hints of tomato leaf and savoury notes. Very young. Need much more time. On palate, full bodied, high acidity. Medium plus alcohol. Full on ripe fine grained tannins - attractive. Cherry, plum, wood polish, oak quite noticeable. Long finish. A little too rich for me and I am slightly overpowered by the pronounced rounded fruit profile - might become more balanced and refined with age. Wouldn't open for a decade - a lot of moving parts need to integrate here. Good potential but was expecting more from one of Brunello's finest.
