Medium gold color, nice energy in the glass with constant fine bubbles. Toasty nose with notes of quince, breadbox, some citrus and some sweetness. Complex in the mouth, lots going on with good fruit and acidity. Short finish. In a good spot.

Feb 1st, 2021This has a fascinating nose. Roses, red berries, sweet yellow flowers. Lush and open on the palate. Quite delicate. Lacks a bit of steel but has a really pretty and unique palate. Excellent- very good given the vintage.
