Clos des Goisses Brut Champagne Blend

This is delicious. Steely with salinity and real detail and finesse. Light citrus notes and a lovely composed midpalate. Long. Surprisingly accessible now.

Aging very well with some oxidative notes. Hazelnut, bitter orange, sandalwood. Still nice acidity and loads of complexity and length.

Creamy, but very little fruit left

Salinity, minerality, and yellow delicious apple. Little toast/bread characters. Elevated acid, finish, and medium+ intensity. Precise and focused.

Nutty with toasty notes, a peachy warmth and a backbone if steely minerality. Fresh with a fine mousse but lovely depth and lots of secondary notes. A beautiful long finish. A wonderful champagne. From mag.

Composed lemon. Very fresh and settled- a little dilute compared to the 02 and 04 alongside

65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay. 11 years before disgorgement. I’ve had many great Champagnes, and this is one of them. Lemon skin, yellow apple and a hint of apricot. Slightly caramelized from oxidation that makes this perfect.

Rich and nutty. This was delicious and still thinking about it.

One the way up but starting to show some secondaries will ultimately be a high 90!point Champagne !
