Direkt i glaset är det hönsgödsel, ammoniak och allmän bajsdoft i näsan med lite klassiskt naturvinsfizz. Efter en stund när det vädrat ur framträder dock en helt annan doft- och smakbukett: backtimjan, solmogna nektariner och blodgrape följt av sval mineralitet.

🤤 I’ve been hold my in to this for a while and so glad that I enjoyed with friends that could appreciate. Great depth and minerality. Beautiful nose.

Pomegranate, blood orange rind, raspberry meringue, cranberry compote, barnyard, game, maitakes, white pepper, haystack, fresh thyme. Lively acid/minimal tannin balance, light bodied, juicy-satin texture, fruity-floral-earthy finish. A George Clinton amount of funk upon opening, gradually develops refinement/elegance after an hour while retaining its rusticity. One of a kind.

Spectacular. One of the best wines I've had this year.

Reductive and very stinky at first, opens up to reveal lovely fresh red berries, some interesting thyme notes, funky, alive on the palate. Provides that welcome Jura thrill I'm always looking for 🙌🏼

Undergrowth of a damp forest on the nose, complex and rolling flavors, a fabulius ride.
