Needs a fair amount of time. By end of day two started to show some fruit and plenty of herbs.

The nose has a petrol-y, mineral, onion-y aroma that blows off after a little bit. Muted red fruit, black pepper, short finish.

Very interesting, all over the place. Not (as) messed up as the white. Very bright aromatic nose. Day 2 really came together, special wine
