13' Peter Paul Bacigalupi Chardonnay. Full-bodied. I get pear, nectarine, Granny Smith apple, honey, lightly toasted oak. A nice balance of minerality to it. This wine pairs nice with my salmon. This could possibly be better in a year. Edit- 30 minutes of air. Classic Cali!

Aug 11th, 2015Pop and pour. A majestic straw color. On the nose: little tropical fruits, buttered popcorn, lemon, oak. Taste: smooth, creamy, medium acidity with lemon, mango, grass, white pepper, mineral, and buttered oak. Not exactly my chardonnay style, but enjoying on this beautiful Memorial Day.
