13' Peter Paul Bacigalupi Chardonnay. Full-bodied. I get pear, nectarine, Granny Smith apple, honey, lightly toasted oak. A nice balance of minerality to it. This wine pairs nice with my salmon. This could possibly be better in a year. Edit- 30 minutes of air. Classic Cali!

I love this chard. Elegant, full bodied, toasty nutty, nectarine. Regional typicity w/o being fat or over the top.

Pop and pour. A majestic straw color. On the nose: little tropical fruits, buttered popcorn, lemon, oak. Taste: smooth, creamy, medium acidity with lemon, mango, grass, white pepper, mineral, and buttered oak. Not exactly my chardonnay style, but enjoying on this beautiful Memorial Day.

Good fruit of granny smith apple and some honey on the nose. Nice creamy mouthfeel with some oak. Butter on the finish but not overpowering.
