Excellent paired with Wagyu. Still young, lots of black fruit.

Smooth. Big. Really easy to drink and enjoy. Very happy that I have others tucked aside for the future.

Very well made. Layered fruit and tannins made for a great comparison with the other cabs we drank this with.

Opened this for the in laws Christmas on Saturday. Tasted it and didn't think much of it. My wife had it yesterday and said it was good so I went in for another glass. Much softer and has really opened up. Looks like it was bottled yesterday and still a wee bit of green going on.
