Spicy stir fry calls for some Lauer power. I love their off-dry rieslings. This site was very recently replanted and only the second vintage in Kabinett style but already very successful. A youthful, exuberant key lime and stone fruit melange tempered by a mineral-driven poise, with racy but well-integrated acidity.

High acid, pineapple and lemon/lime curd, medium weight and tart. Lambertskirch is Lauer’s newest vineyard. Really nice fruit and soaring acidity, but lacks the mineral backbone that his other wines have. #saar
