This lovely rosé is starting to show some age - I’ve had the bottle at least six years so understandable that it has toasty pastry and brioche notes along with a hint of hazelnut, dried cherry and candied raspberries. Very appealing - clean, crisp and refreshing. Very much the PJ style of medium-bodied wine and a lovely color approaching tawny.

Pale to medium salmon color with aromas of berry fruits, yeasty and nutty earthy notes. On the palate flavors of fresh cherry and raspberry, nice mousse, rapid bubbles, adding citrus & toasty apple flavors, crisp & refreshing, long ending with creamy lemon, smoke & yeasty earthy mineral notes. Nice!

This Champagne is just plain fun to drink. Lovely pink be, inviting red berry nose, fine mousse and wonderful balance. Pairs well with salmon, tuna, and many lightly fried foods

Really nice fleshy champagne rose. Subtle red fruits, full round mouth feel, creamy mousse, clean and fresh finish. Seriously could not ask for more. Pinot noir and meunière make up most of the blend.
