Full bodied and complex with layers of smoked lime, mineral, pineapple, macadamia nut, and leesy notes. Excellent acidity and balance.

Sulfur, lemon/juice, smoke, fruit blossoms, almonds, grapefruit, white peach, gritty volcanic minerals, medium body, round mouthfeel and high acidity. Photos of the old concrete tanks and the entrance to the restaurant from their tasting room. We enjoy a tasty lunch there.

Red delicious apple pie, brûléed pineapple, lemon curd, butterscotch, chalk. This wine is incredibly well-built and has many years ahead of it. A testament to the ageability of New World whites.
