We have a 2005 Pellegrini Petit Verdot waiting in our cellar...we had a moment of weakness and attacked this 2011. With some time to "open up", this became...oh, my...oh, my my myyyyyyyyyyy. You need a bottle of this. Now. Cannot wait to see what the '05 will be like.
