Pencopolitano Cinsault País

Pale ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of kirsch, cranberry, red currant, red cherry, spiciness; dry, medium plus acid, low tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors, more dried fruit on palate, dried apricot fruit leather; light with concentrated flavors

Semi-sweet, light bodied, balanced tannins, pairs well across the meat spectrum (chicken, pork, as well as red meat).

Dayum. Beautiful translucent ruby in color, this wine is so bright, lively, and fresh. Flavors of red fruits and cherry cola pop from the glass. This is a 50/50 blend of two grapes I seem to be favoring these days, so it's no surprise that I enjoyed this as much as I did. 50% Cinsault, 50% Paìs. 8/24/22.

Medium body, fruity, really enjoyed it. Something a little different to our usual.

Blend of Cinsault and Pais (aka Listan, Mission). Aged in foudres and cement tanks for one year. Very fragrant nose with aromas of pine needles and herbal notes. Light to medium bodied, mostly red fruit on the palate. Elegant.

FASCINATING wine. So so light for me. But almost salty and I described it like the burnt ends of a pan (which is my favourite bit). Incredibly unique

Loved this! Blend of Cinsault (67%) and País (33%). Nice minerality and tannins. Hint of smoke.
