Very “French” dry white - rounder in the mouth but not as much as expected. Quite classic. Interesting to try Corsican grape and wine — a year ago

Crowd pleaser, full bodied, soft tannins, comes alive with fatty rich food like duck - really lovely — a year ago
Surprisingly not fruit forward, a lot of leather / bitter notes. Enjoyed but not a favourite. Definitely a food wine and I can see why it’s often blended instead of drunk 100% as tinto cao — 10 months ago
Definitely got better the more it opened up. Smoother/more balanced than anticipated (more medium body) so still a very drinkable wine. I get the 9.4 pro ratings etc just maybe prefer punchier things but delicious and very much enjoyed! — a year ago
Got better on 2-3rd glass as needed to open up - felt bit thin and less punchy than had expected. More acid/alcohol forward although nice soft tannins and eventually more dark fruit flavours. Definitely a long finish — a year ago
I think we could have left it to open up a bit more but a really unique deep wine with intense aromas, a real aged flavour.. powerful — a year ago
Brunello tasting all day and had one that scored 100% so inevitably hard to compete but a grows-on-you very delicious Brunello and fun to drink where it’s from — a year ago
Couldn’t find on delectable - drank chilled, lighter red (12.5%) but still full of flavour and balanced. Easy drinking but high quality — a year ago

Delicious classic Bordeaux with all the deep cherry and black fruit notes, balanced acidity and tannin once allowed to breathe. A treat with my brother! — 7 months ago
