Pop and pour. Will follow over a few days. I want to dislike this, but I can't. On the nose: blackberry, cola, olive brine, sea salt. Definitely ripe, but no heat. On the palate: very good acidity, inky black fruit, a touch of heat here as the olives lean a little soupy, but pulls things together with fantastic density and soft, finely grained tannin on the finish.
