Kirsch, vanillin, black cherry, seemingly made in a bordelaise style. Makes sense.

In a great place!

Yes!! This is currently a big, bold, inky wine. But the elegance and femininity is lurking, waiting to show its silky nature in a few more years. Good thing to come for those that can hold this for 10-20+ years.... amazing.

Not even close to drinkable yet. Need another 5 years at least but will for 50. Great back bone and will be amazing.

A little young but we couldn't resist so we dragged it out of the cellar. Life can be short so why not enjoy!
