Biodynamic farmed, 60-80 years old vines, pebbles ended soil, 100 % Syrah. Aged in French oak, 20 % new. Green olive, black pepper first impression, beautiful Violet comes second, mostly with red and dark cherry note, black berry, mineral, warmth, lots of layers with dimensions. What a beautiful Syrah.

Was great but I bet for Sunday breakfast it was better, but Josh would know. It was still nice and tight with a classic Crozes profile

Ash, game, and a core of mineral. Much more dark and savory earth on this wine.

Leather and spiciness. Graphite mineralogy. Smoky goodness and hints of plummy fruits.

Historically one of the longest running and most quality wines coming from this region. It did not fail to impress with wonderful structure and a good complex development of flavors. Not overwhelming and not something that’s going to get written up in overpriced wine magazines but something that definitely was a delicious and wonderful representation of the area and the style of winemaking. I loved it.
