Clear dark red color with medium-sized and -numbered CO2-vesicles; deep red ripe fruit on the nose; young, tannic and robust on palate, bone dry, and not so delightful green stemmy notes that carry on until the finish. Needs a tasty fish dish or years in the cellar. We visited this house which is owned by spouse of Bonnair owner in Cremant.

Interesting notes that are obviously sweet but not overpoweringly so and still surprisingly crisp. Seems like some apple, currents, cotton candy.
