Very yeasty, but not in a brioche way, more beer-ish. Reminiscent of a “cutie” fruit. Fun, with lots of bright everything. Will be buying more. Yes, lots of sediment, but worth the loss.

Rosé wine dinner at The Wheatleigh in Lenox, MA. (@Delectable this is the Pinot Noir rosé). I’ve never been a huge fan of natural wines, but this definitely was a pleasant surprise. Cloudy with a funky nose, slightly effervescent. Beautiful red berry flavors, orange peel, mouthwatering acidity. It wasn’t for everyone (I think the color and mouthfeel was a turn off for some) but I really enjoyed it.
