Delicious Chablis, full of rich ripe Chardonnay flavor (peaches and pears!), but crisp and clean, like Chablis should be. Oddly ripe, yet balanced, another case of a top vineyard in a cool region getting very ripe, yet retaining balance.

Damn. This bottle did not last long. A fan favorite, and this was a discerning crowd.

After 14 years, quite an impressive showing. The usual two players-Mr. Tanin and Mr. fruit -still working together and near perfect harmony. It was a delight to drink.

2010, Pattes Loup, Thomas Pico, Vent D'Ange Chablis, Chardonnay. A little richer and heavier than some Chablis. Has great minerality and acidity. Would like to try his 1er Cru.
