Lemon zest, apricots, quince, sea shells vanilla bean, gardenias. Perfect vibrant acidity, light-medium bodied, creamy texture, incredibly long crisp citrus, stone fruit, chalky, sea breeze finish. Mineral forward, texture driven, aromatics linger on the palate more so than on the nose. Loads of character and elegance.
