Lucid and clear. Lime, crushed rocks, pear. Limpid and complex in the middle. Good, without being quite as great as the Raveneau and Dauvissat at this level.

This a blockbuster Chablis, massive, multi-layered, nose still very closed. Offers a lot of potential too early to judge.

It is a 2018 so a little bit rich and full bodied. But succulent peaches and white flowers with a tangy zip at the end. Excellent Valmur.

First bottle premoxed. Second bottle astonishing. Very rich compared to last week's Blanchots. Minerality there on the nose but receding in the mouth in a pleasant way. Telltale Chablis but I wouldn't blind guess Piuze. Hard to imagine this outdoing its performance tonight.
