Terroir de Courgis Chablis Chardonnay

Lemony, mineral and tart finish. So nice...

Tooth rattling.

Acidity and green apples. Needs food - coming into its own with lobster tail.

Delicious? Yes. Classic? Not sure. Right shape, pretty good line. Personally I'd like to see more minerality.

Tasted a little oxidized at first, then that blew off and then fresh, bold acidity.

Mmm crisp and refreshing. Been waiting to try this for some time. And quite affordable (if you can find it)

Lemon, tart stone fruit, hot river stones, hay, and bright prickly acidity that dances on the tongue. Paired it with a Blue Apron recipe- crispy chicken with a Rosemary orange salad. Love-ly! Even my Chardonnay hating wife loved this wine.
