Tasted a little oxidized at first, then that blew off and then fresh, bold acidity.

Jan 2nd, 2017Lemon, tart stone fruit, hot river stones, hay, and bright prickly acidity that dances on the tongue. Paired it with a Blue Apron recipe- crispy chicken with a Rosemary orange salad. Love-ly! Even my Chardonnay hating wife loved this wine.
