Great value. Needs to breathe. Weightier but retains mineral zippy structure

Outstanding - a ripe style but still oozing with lemon peel, minerals, and a hint of lees. Improves moment by moment in the glass

Almost opulent for aPiuze Chablis, this wine balances its bracing acidity with delicate white flowers, nectarine, green apple and a whiff of flinty smoke (but not even a whisper off oak). Nice balance, medium finish and a lingering steeliness that is so speaking with good. Already accessible and thoroughly enjoyable

Clear, clean light golden yellow color. Aromas of citrus, stone fruits with a mineral tang. The palate shows crisp apple notes with a lemony touch. This light body wine has good balance and finishes crisp with a saline mineral chalky edge. A few years in the cellar will help.

Crushed green apples along with candied apple, ripe lemon, white florals, sea salt and stones. Not quite the acid spectrum one may expect but has excellent length met with great concentration.
