Clean, clear and bracingly mineral with lovely lemon citrus, Apple, smoky Flint and a hint of spicy lemongrass. Time in bottle has taken the razor edge off the acidity so the wine today is beautifully balanced

One of the best Piuze I’ve had yet! Stony white citrus and flowers, just wide open already.
