Jul 25th, 2020Ruby with a little brick on the edges. Nose is great! Floral, black fruit, smoke, and game. The initial floral stands out. I could just sit here and smell this all night. Medium body, but still big flavors. Bacon fat, cherry, and pepper. It all comes together nicely. I’m glad I got talked into this.

May 7th, 20202009 on 4/22/17. Brick to plum color. "Meat" with some berry aroma on first swirl. Meaty, graphite, anise, lavender and fruit with tasting. Nicely balanced with good astringency. Very drinkable and ideal for a casual dinner.

Un très bon moment,à essayer les yeux fermés!
