Razor sharp acidity, almost sharp when first opened. At start sour apple, kiwi, crunchy white peach, and grapefruit pith with a briny finish. Fruit notes became more rounded and ripe as it got air and warmed up a bit in the glass. Still find this to be a great food wine. Held up well against slightly sweet flavors of pumpkin and caramelized onion in a Savory tart.

Neighbor brought over, loved it... Honey, flowers, great body, full texture very unique. I see this bottle with a cheese plate.
