Seeming a bit riper than the last bottle with both lemon, Meyer and tangerine/orange zest in the nose, moving darker as it warmed. Some browned butter, toasted grain, popcorn elements in the empty glass. High acid, medium bodied, dry, medium bodied. Pleasant with crudites and hummus.

As Tom Cassagrande said, spot on Burgundy white. Lemon oil, wet stone, slightly closed/reduced and showing a bit more character on day 2, this is what I remember Bougogne balance of the late 90's and early 2000's to taste like.

Superb value white burg. I love it when you can put the glass to your nose and you know it’s Côte de Beaune fruit. Lemon oil drizzle on wet, limestoney gravel, a bit of apple/slightly-underripe peach. Intense attack, with loads of unadorned fruit, really good flavor concentration, and intense, lip-smacking acids. Clean, bracing finish. Nicely done.

Solid white burgundy at an affordable price point. Lemon and orchard fruit, round and nutty, clotted cream and white florals.

Light body but mineral and acid driven. Would be a superlative house wine

Not sure if I agree with all of the notes, but perhaps the 2018 was different. Didn’t love this, especially at $30. Thought it might improve on day 2 but not much difference. The lemon oil is nice, but this has some almost lactic undertones that detract.

Complex citrus leads, a toasty oak bit in the middle, but light and integrated not in your face barrel, a hint of honeyed sweetness that comes and goes quickly, and a bit of mineral at the end. Yet delicate too. Quite nice and punches above its price.
