Vegetal flintiness in the best way. Clean and precise, tart fruit of quince and lemon/lime, surrounded by funk and lees. Acid is tremendous. Great stuff. Had with scallops and a deglazed lemon/butter/wine reduction. Yum!

At this point in the Rose season I'm all set with the finds I like. This is a good back up when the supply chain runs out. This is like Tim Teabow when the Jets drafted him. I believe (my notes are nowhere to be found) this is a blend of I dunno know now. Nice body, not too light. Hints of watermelon rind and subtle touches of strawberries. Dry finish but not bone dry. Throw the ball to Lucas!!

Lovely and charming. Great value for money. Good acidity, with green herbs, grass and gooseberry.

Sauv Blanc Chard blend which I generally dislike but somehow this works. White peach notes over good refreshing balance.

Open...pour...don't think about it. With a plate of cheeses and charcuterie you're having a good day.
