Beautiful sparkling Nebbiolo that I tasted today with the winemaker Marco Parusso. I don't know which I loved more-him or the wine! His love of winemaking is infectious.

A lively sparkler with clean wild strawberry, white raspberry and subtle earthy aromas. Delicate bubbles and a cleansing acidity. Very fun.
