Difficult wine to read. I got some roasted marshmallow and bruised apple, and a hint of hay, which was an odd combo. There was a nice acidity to keep the wine lively and it made a nice pairing with bread and roasted vegetables. The Sauvignon Blanc definitely comes through on the nose. Nothing remarkable, but a solid wine.

Nose: nice.

Palate: Good fruit. Some zest. Some mineral. Nice balance.

Cosmic Connection blend with short skin contact and light filtering.

Great white. Fresh and fruity. Easy going. Perfect with seafood or sushi. But also just to enjoy a glass in summer

Minerals, Green apple, lime pith, chalk, some tart fruit acidity, not getting very much on the nose. Spanish Sauvignon Blanc that would like some shellfish, but perfect by itself on cool summer night sitting on the patio with LED candles. You will like this.

From 750m high hills. Tropical note but grapefruit taste. Good for fish. 85% Xarel.
