The texture is awesome, offering depth and intensity with creamy orchard fruit and pronounced volcanic soil presence. Built around a core of minerality, rather than racy acididy, it provides an alternative drinking experience. Will probably age well too. 2014 vintage. This wine grew on me. So much more mineral versus acid driven, which took me a bit to warm to. But this is really interesting and really does taste like smoky stones (in a good way). Very easy to drink.
