Very well made. This strikes me as quite alsatian, with both weight and cut. It's acid is on the softer side. Interesting, but on this occasion I had been hoping for something with more cut.

Pale gold color. Dusty, yellow fruit nose. Bright acidity, mild fruit, and a lingering mineral, acidic finish. Crisp.

Stellar. I would say bordering bone dry and off dry. Dried apricot, lemon curd on the nose. First taste is beautifully balanced with bright acidity that tingles on the mid palate with a rounded finish. Candied lemon peel, dried apricot, ripe peach. Perfect high acidity
