If you like Big Salt, then you'll also appreciate the red headed cousin - a blend of 50/50 Pinot Gris and the regular Big Salt blend. This is the first year I've seen this version, but so far, Big Salt in any color is always aromatic, viscous, and delicious. The orange rose' is wilder with sour tangerine notes, and refreshing as the bead of sweat in my photo suggests.
