2006. Enjoying this bottle even more than the one I had six years ago. I noted that that bottle had a little brett that was “interesting”, but I can’t find any in the complex aromas that are bursting from the glass! All the Nebbiolo flavors are there and the tannins were only noticeable after lunch was finished.

Crushed red roses, black cherry cola, thyme, graphite, dry tobacco, cigar box. Balanced acidity/rough velvet tannins, full bodied, silky texture, long herbal/mineral finish.
