Rocche Meruzzano Barbaresco Nebbiolo

Very lean and tight Nebbiolo, with tannins that need several more years to balance out. Tannins have extreme grip yet you can taste tart cherry, mint and tobacco. Slightly dry on the end. Needs 3-5 more years in the bottle.

Too young but still delicious

Lovely and soft but still with a Barbaresco backbone of tannins. Black cherry, cigar box, leather and earth. Quite nice.

Tannins and some red fruit. Recommend decanting and allowing to breathe if drinking now.

Great 2006 #orlandoAbrigo #barbaresco Rocche Maruzzano. Aroma well developed leather menthol fruit, palate balanced. Could still develop further and have tannins soften a bit more
