Tasted over the course of three days. Each day it was open, it tasted like a younger wine. An unabashedly left-field play with lots of nuts and stone fruit, beautifully balanced, and suitable for more time in the bottle.

I dunno how O2'ed up this wine is supposed to be, but this bottle has phenolic craziness and some ox. It's amazingly "just right" with everything here, from Poke to ribs. I'd imagine this wine gets sent back routinely at this place, but I find it fantastic. 2010 vintage
