Deep purple colour. Nose of moss, blueberries, cherries and black pepper. Medium bodied, juicy, cool and fresh, firm cherry and berry fruit, a touch of slightly bitter herb and plum on the finish, fine mesh of tannin and lively acidity. Nicely composed, very drinkable.

The duke of burgers. Fat hacking acidity and smoky tannins. Almost meaty, but closer to ketchup with elderberries, fresh cut sawdust, and spicy herbs
