Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Deep Ruby with aromas of red berry fruit, tea and sweet herb spices, made from organic grapes. On the palate ripe cherry and strawberry flavors, with some dried fruit notes, oak, pepper spices and vanilla tones. Fine tannins with balanced acidity carry this rich wine to a long finish ending with fruit and spice. Great now with a bit of age!

Cherry pie, rhubarb pie, and fresh strawberry on the nose. The palate displays dark cherry, cooked strawberry, cedar, white pepper, and solid minerality. A big bodied but silky Pinot with medium minus tannins, medium plus alcohol, and high acid.

Not uninteresting but not the most elegant Pinot. Quite astringent, with an odd, but interesting smoky element.

Full bodied Pinot noir. Juicy cherry, earthy, slightly dry finish. A thought of tart cherry but velvety.

This wine helped me come to realize that I'm shimmering in delight.

In a word, Yum ! Everything you want in a young Pinot: spicy red berries on the tongue and raspberry brambles on the nose.

Deep color for Pinot Noir. Strawberry jam and vanilla. Rather powerful in-your-face jammy style. Nice drink but neither complex nor elegant.
